Detail Design
Starting at $1000
Phase One- Design Starter (see above)
Phase Two- Concept Design- creating floor plans, mood boards and inspirational concepts to discover a desirable vision and path for creating your space.
Phase Three- Detail design continues with finalizing floor plans and choosing color, finishes, furniture and accessories. Shopping lists and links are provided. Visuals include elevation drawings and 3D renderings.
*I am available on an hourly basis, if desired, to work with your contractor.
